    The main issue is not that authors earn more but how they get themselves recognized and marketed. That is where a conventional publisher does much better, particularly if you are trying to get started. As far as my occult stuff is concerned I can sell 100 copies without too much trouble… after that it takes a long time. My biggest problem is that I cant market or afford to do so.
